As a bronze-level sponsor of AFP 2024, Capital One Commercial Banking was tasked with creating an experience that clearly communicated its client-first, trusted advisor approach, while standing out in a competitive conference environment.
To foster meaningful conversations and support lead generation and relationship deepening, we developed a client experience grounded in audience insights, market research, and an exploration of experiential design innovations. Our solution brought the Treasury Management team’s value proposition to life—delivering strong products with superior service powered by technology—while tapping into the spirit of the host city, Nashville. Drawing from the city’s vibrant music culture, we reinforced themes of partnership, harmony, and tailored client solutions.
Centered on the theme “Harmonious Partnership,” our activation used music as a metaphor for the seamless, collaborative experience clients can expect when working with Capital One. Inspired by Nashville’s iconic creative energy, the space conveyed the idea that successful business relationships—like great music—are built when partners work in sync. Visual and interactive elements showcased the perfect harmony between Capital One’s technology, service, and trusted advisor mindset—hitting all the right notes to show how the TM team helps clients stay in rhythm and confidently move their business forward.
