In an effort to increase brand awareness in their Texas market, Capital One Commercial Banking needed a standout booth activation and client reception at TEXPO 2024 that engaged Treasury Management professionals and strengthened client relationships in a competitive conference environment.
Through customer research, competitor analysis, journey mapping and the exploration of design and technology trends, we created a premium, visually compelling experience that fostered meaningful connections, reinforced Capital One’s trusted advisor positioning, and provided opportunities for networking, scheduled meetings, and client hospitality.
As a top 10 Commercial bank, Capital One and their Treasury Management team is known for delivering tailored solutions that clients need to reach their goals and stay ahead of the competition. To bring this idea to life, we designed an experience that showcased our expertise and ability to be a true partner for change–using surfing language and playful imagery to reinforce the theme of navigating challenges with confidence and agility.
